This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM Philippine time with 1-hour unpaid lunch break, 40 hours/week (but schedules indicated in the contract can/may/will change depending on business need)
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect information about Outdoor Activity Guides from various online sources like social media and websites, and enter it into our platforms.
- Acquire knowledge on the business's terminology.
- Handle inbound phone calls and chat inquiries from Guides promptly.
- Undertake outbound communication tasks as directed.
- Support the Sales Team with the creation or updating of online profiles for Guides.
- Create engaging content for the Outdoor Activity Guides' profiles or websites as necessary.
- Aid in the setup and management of online listings across Google Business, Apple, and Bing, as well as oversee website content.
- Perform research and implement content integrations online to enhance the Guides' business value.
- Accurately enter and manage trip rates provided by the Guides into our systems.
- Conduct basic photo editing, including cropping and resizing.
- Regularly update the Outdoor Activity Guides' calendars and rates.
- Participate actively in company meetings and learning sessions as scheduled.
- Tackle any additional tasks relevant to the role as allocated by leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Experience or willingness to learn data entry and information management tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for both inbound and outbound interactions.
- Ability to assist in sales-related activities, including profile creation and updates.
- Basic understanding of content creation for online profiles or websites.
- Knowledge of maintaining and updating online listings and website content.
- Competence in basic photo editing techniques.
- Capability to attend and contribute to company meetings.
- Openness to perform various tasks as needed and directed by management.
