Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
Job Description:
The Paid Ads - Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's social media advertising campaigns to drive business results. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and their advertising tools. The specialist will work closely with other marketing teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure that the company's brand message is consistent and effectively communicated through paid social media channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Develop and maintain a paid media strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum returns on ad spend.
- Work closely with paid media counterparts and agencies to improve KPIs for paid media channels.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have experience in doing paid ads especially in TikTok, Facebook, Google, Instagram
- Proficient in excel
- Must be strong at reporting
- Must be creative and can write creative briefs and come up with creative ideas
- Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms like Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
