The Billing Analyst supports billing operations by maintaining and updating financial systems information to ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address inquiries related to billing processes and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The Billing Analyst also participates in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in billing procedures.

We are looking for a Billing System Analyst who will:

  • Maintain and update financial systems data to reflect accurate customer information and billing statuses.
  • Review billing records for errors or discrepancies and take corrective action as needed.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving customer queries regarding billing matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes and implement system updates.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects aimed at enhancing billing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor billing metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies when handling financial transactions.
  • Stay informed about changes in billing guidelines and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide support for internal departments and external customers on billing-related concerns.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing operations, preferably within the service industry.
  • Knowledge of billing software and financial management systems.
  • Familiarity with government regulations governing billing practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptability to change priorities and deadlines.
  • Commitment to quality assurance and compliance standards.
