Chemours is seeking a Talent & Culture Summer intern to join our HR team! This position will report directly to the Talent & Culture Director.  

 

As a Talent & Culture Summer intern, you will work closely with our HR team to execute various tasks in support of our early career recruiting and training initiativesThis experience will give you exposure to Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development at Chemours. 

 

Effective summer interns will have the ability to communicate with impact, strong self-awareness, and eagerness to apply what they’ve learned in the classroom.  

 

Location: Statewide/Wilmington DE 

Hours: Regular full-time schedule of 40 hours per week  

Term: May-August 2025  

 

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Create process maps and planning tools for the University Relations program 

  • Manage registrations for career fairs and other University recruiting activities 

  • Ensure documentation on landing page for University Relation Program is up-to-date 

  • Establish a career fair kit management system for sites  

  • Support updates for external company profile pages on sites like Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn 

  • Help to plan and coordinate activities for US Intern/Co-op program 

  • Assist with automation for various steps within the recruiting process 

  • Aid in updating training materials including guides, presentations, and SharePoint sites 

  • Help schedule workshops, track and record attendance, and use email, MS Teams, and other communication tools to promote learning & development opportunities. 

 

The following is required for this role: 

  • Enrollment at an accredited college or university as a Sophomore or above at the time of assignment 

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 

  • Ability to take initiative and drive results 

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision 

  • Detail-oriented; must be technically savvy and comfortable learning new systems.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. 

 

The following is preferred for this role: 

  • 3.0 GPA or above 

  • Experience with University Relations program management/development
