About this Position

We are looking for a dedicated Workday Reporting and Integration Specialist to enhance our Workday HCM and Financials systems. In this role, you will develop complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards, create and maintain reporting standards, and develop and manage basic integrations. We seek someone eager to expand their technical expertise, particularly in advanced integration tools like Workday Studio.

Hybrid Preferred / Open to fully Remote as well

Salary Range $110K - $125K

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Reporting: Develop complex Workday reports using the composite, transpose and trending templates that cannot be created by functional report writers, delivering insights for various departments.
  • Dashboard and Scorecard Development: Design and implement company-wide dashboards and scorecards, supporting data-driven decisions across the organization.
  • Reporting Standards and Guidelines: Establish and enforce reporting guidelines to ensure consistent, accurate, and efficient reporting practices across departments.
  • Integration Management: Maintain and develop basic integrations to support Workday HCM and Financials. Demonstrate a willingness to train on more complex integration configurations, including Workday Studio.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to understand reporting and integration needs, providing tailored solutions to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience with Workday reporting and basic integrations, including a strong foundation in report building and data analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday reporting tools (e.g., Composite and Transposed Reporting) and familiarity with Workday integration tools. Willingness to learn advanced integration configurations, such as Workday Studio, is essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create data-driven solutions and insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Workday certifications are preferred but not required.
