The Direct Bill Analyst, Property & Casualty, plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing Direct Bill Insurance/Brokerage commission and billing procedures.
Your Impact:
- Retrieve or collect direct commission statements from each carrier
- Ensure that commission payments are received and correctly posted under the appropriate carrier
- Maintain and update the monthly commission reconciliations
- Research billing issues to identify incorrect postings or missing payments
- Communicate outcomes to carriers or branch offices as needed on banking information and reconcile carrier commission statements
- Knowledge of AMS360, WorkSmart (Image Right), and Smartsheet
Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Experience with insurance accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions; familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams
- Knowledge of AMS360, WorkSmart, ImageRight and Smartsheet
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- This position is remote; however, minimal travel may be required for training, meetings, and other collaborative activities. Overtime may be required during peak times and month end activities.

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $55,000.00 - $65,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
