We're currently seeking an Asset Manager for our Philadelphia, PA headquarters. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze performance and implement strategy that will maximize a community’s return on equity to the company.

Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities within the portfolio to increase revenue and decrease expenses
Prepare in coordination with accounting department for monthly and quarterly reporting
Identify value add opportunities throughout the portfolio and implement value add strategies
Perform property site inspections
Participate in weekly LRO pricing calls
Assist management in preparation for quarterly earnings calls and board meetings
Monthly financial review
Hold/Sale Analysis
Optimize portfolio performance through watchlist criteria, including interaction with Operating, Marketing and Facilities
Review of real estate tax assessments and management of tax appeals
Participate/Lead biannual portfolio review meetings
Work with property management and training teams to employ our best practices
Evaluate and improve business intelligence and property management software
Initiate, review and approve annual budgets and capital projects
Support closings of acquisitions
Manage disposition marketing and closing

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate required
Entry level (related Internship experience and/or 1-2 years of experience in the Asset Management needed)
Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills
Advanced (master level) Excel required
Experience with Entrata and Pricing software a plus
Ability to travel to sites 30-40% of the time
