Job Description
The Video Solutions Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new and existing business opportunities within the Teledyne LeCroy Video solutions (Quantum Data) customer segment. This is a quota carrying selling role that involves identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities within the video test and measurement market segment
- Develop and implement business development plans and strategies to achieve Americas sales targets
- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to further develop and strengthen product branding and messaging to align with company goals
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients and partners
- Monitor and report on the progress of business development activities and initiatives
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the Video Solutions (Quantum Data) division
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the consumer electronics, video technology and/or test and measurement industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to business development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HDMI, DisplayPort, MIPI C/D-PHY and Analog Video
- Knowledge of the Video market and market drivers
- Experience with Salesforce.com CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Salary Range:
$167,200.00-$223,410.000
