Our innovative solutions harness the power of machine learning, generative AI, and behavioral science to deliver exceptional outcomes and empower care teams to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.

Our success in rapid scale across the globe is backed by some of the world's leading investors. At Qventus, you will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional, mission-driven team across the globe, and the ability to directly impact the lives of patients. We’re inspired to work with healthcare leaders on our founding vision and unlock world-class medicine through world-class operations.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and operations for Qventus. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, create insightful reporting, and support decision-making processes to ensure the company’s financial health and scalability. Your insights will help us optimize operations and allocate resources effectively, ultimately enabling Qventus to achieve its mission of transforming healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and improve management reporting, financial modeling, and analysis that provides business insight for key decision making.

  • Track key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the health of the business.

  • Analyze financial results, distill key trends, assess business risk, and communicate key messages.

  • Support investment, cost analysis, and ROI assessments for strategic initiatives.

  • Support the accounting close process and investor reporting requirements.

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to continuously improve data quality and establish rigor in measuring and monitoring the business.

  • Develop strong business partnerships by providing informed, proactive analysis and insights to enable effective decision-making and efficient resource allocation.

  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic/corporate finance, investment banking/management consulting, or at a high-growth technology company

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, and experience building sophisticated, and detailed three-statement financial models

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and business performance metrics.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Advanced PowerPoint / Google Slides skills, and experience with data visualization tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams, effectively share findings and drive process improvement.

  • A proactive mindset and a passion for problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong work ethic, capacity to get things done independently, and consistent performance with a sense of urgency and commitment.

It’s a Plus if You Have…
  • Experience with financial and business analysis of SaaS healthcare companies.

  • Proficiency in SQL or other data querying tools.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Sage Intacct, and financial planning tools.

  • Experience in financial transformation and using AI tools to drive efficiencies.
