Job Overview 

Mitratech is seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude, a strong dedication to hard work, and the ability to drive continuous improvement for our learning products team. The designer will work closely with course developers, outside partners, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain our award-winning e-learning products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as an owner for award-winning e-learning products addressing risk and compliance topics for Mitratech’s global audience, and as a primary learner experience advocate.
• Working closely with team leadership and other stakeholders, oversee design and development of instructional products as assigned.
• Work with internal and external subject matter experts to research global risk and compliance topics, define learning objectives, and design instructional course content.
• Interview customers, perform learner (end-user) reviews/focus groups, and analyze feedback data on existing products as needed.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from ideation to launch, ensuring projects are completed on-time and meet business objectives.
• Perform content quality assurance review to ensure courses are developed according to design specifications.
• Collaborate and build strong relationships with Marketing, Sales, Services, and other stakeholders to ensure commercial success of products and high levels of client satisfaction. 

Requirements & Skills:

• 2-5+ years’ work experience in instructional design or interactive media design.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging instructional experiences with high level of learner impact and satisfaction.
• Successful candidates will have a strong aptitude for design thinking, along with high levels of ownership and attention to detail, and a working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience designing for Articulate Storyline or other similar tools is desirable.
• Strong candidates will be intellectually curious about a broad range of topics; relevant experience or knowledge relating to HR, law, compliance, and/or risk management is desirable but not necessary.
• Strong proofing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to organize and manage projects; experienced with iterative/agile development processes.
• Strong process and results orientation with a heavy bias toward action. 
• Good analytical (qualitative and quantitative), logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• International experience or global perspective a plus.

Education:                         

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Graduate degree or equivalent experience in relevant disciplines (design, writing, law, HR, risk management, and/or compliance) preferred.

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities– This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $85,000 – $100,000 Annually USD

Total compensation includes US employee benefits, and annual bonus eligibility.
