About the opportunity
The Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive measurable growth in Figment’s customer base and revenue. This role will focus on creating and optimizing a robust marketing-qualified lead (MQL) pipeline, nurturing leads to sales-qualified lead (SQL) status, and enabling the sales team with impactful, regionally tailored materials to close deals effectively.
The Growth Marketer will work closely with regional sales leads across Americas, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM to create localized strategies and materials that resonate with target audiences in each region. This role will also collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign measurement alignment, lead scoring, and the optimization of Figment’s inbound marketing efforts.
How you will make an impact
Demand Generation & Lead Pipeline Management
- Develop and execute B2B demand generation campaigns to capture new leads and grow Figment’s sales pipeline.
- Establish and manage Cost Per Lead (CPL) benchmarks for specific buyer groups by region (Americas, APAC, EMEA, LATAM).
- Implement and optimize outbound marketing tactics, including account-based marketing (ABM), email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Design and execute lead nurturing workflows to convert MQLs into SQLs, with a focus on regional performance and scalability.
- Track and report on campaign performance by region, optimizing for conversion rates, CPL, and ROI.
Sales Enablement with Regional Focus
- Create regionally tailored sales decks, one-pagers, event materials, and leave-behinds to support localized messaging and sales efforts.
- Collaborate closely with sales leads in each region to ensure materials address cultural nuances, regulatory considerations, and localized customer pain points.
- Develop regional playbooks for sales teams to guide outreach strategies, messaging, and campaign alignment.
Inbound Marketing & Website Optimization
- Lead inbound marketing efforts on Figment’s website to drive lead qualification and conversion.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to align on campaign measurement and lead scoring in Pardot.
- Develop and test hypotheses for A/B testing, optimizing landing pages, CTAs, and forms to improve conversion rates.
- Implement strategies to qualify and nurture inbound leads through content, workflows, and scoring mechanisms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Event Manager to maximize lead generation opportunities at regional conferences and webinars, and to align on post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketer to ensure messaging in campaigns and materials aligns with product positioning and feature benefits.
- Work with the Content Team to create high-quality, region-specific assets, such as blog posts, white papers, explainer videos, and thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to define, measure, and report key campaign metrics and optimize lead funnel performance.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Manage digital channels (email, paid search, social media, and display ads) to drive awareness and lead generation by region.
- Leverage SEO and SEM strategies to improve Figment’s visibility and attract targeted traffic globally and regionally.
- Oversee Figment’s paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter (X) Ads, with regional segmentation.
Who you are
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, B2B marketing, or demand generation (experience in SaaS, blockchain, or tech is a plus).
- Proven ability to drive lead generation and nurture pipelines to meet revenue targets globally and regionally.
- Experience working with regional sales leads (Americas, APAC, EMEA, LATAM) to create localized strategies and materials.
Skills
- Strong understanding of lead generation, inbound and outbound marketing, ABM strategies, and regional marketing nuances.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling, targeted messaging.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance metrics (e.g., CPL, conversion rates, and ROI) and refine strategies accordingly.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across marketing, sales, and product teams.

Teams you’ll collaborate with most often
In addition to working with other Marketing team member, the successful candidate will work closely with Regional Sales Leads to develop localized marketing strategies, collaborate with the Event Manager on conferences and webinars, partner with the Product Marketer to ensure accurate campaign messaging, coordinate with the Content Team on creating region-specific materials, and align with Marketing Operations on campaign measurement and lead scoring through Pardot.
What success looks like
We'll measure success by hitting those regional lead targets, keeping costs in check for different buyer groups, creating sales materials that actually drive results, boosting website conversions through smart testing, and getting everyone – from sales to marketing – working together smoothly to help Figment grow.

Compensation
One of Figment’s core principles is “Making the Invisible Visible” - ensuring transparency and information sharing in all communication. Figment is committed to transparency regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation types for all internal roles as well as all roles being hired for.
Base Salary: The CAD base salary range for this position is CAD $110,000 - $130,000. The US base salary range for this position is USD $110,000 - $130,000. This range reflects base salary only, and does not include additional compensation or benefits. For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed upon your first interview with Figment (being a globally remote company, the list of salary ranges would simply be too long to note here!). The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across all Canada or the US. A candidate’s specific pay within the range will be determined by various factors including job-related skills, relevant education, and training.
