  • Oversee community communications and engagement initiatives, from social media posts to email campaigns, maintaining a cohesive voice across all channels.
  • Handle logistics and distribution of community materials, including management of swag, incentives, and promotional items for various programs and events.
The experience you will bring
  • 3+ years of experience managing online communities and social media channels, with a proven track record of increasing engagement metrics and fostering meaningful member interactions across platforms
  • Demonstrated experience managing engagement initiatives within underrepresented communities required — experience within the Black tech ecosystem preferred
  • Strong track record of developing clear, compelling content across various formats (social media, newsletters, presentation decks) while maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing successful events (in-person and virtual) end-to-end
  • Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns with demonstrable, measurable results for large-size communities
