The Role:
A successful Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Aravo blends technical know-how and strong communication with strategic thought leadership. This individual is preferably based in Central or Eastern Time and will engage in a critical role forging strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.
The Responsibilities:
· Own outcomes for customers and prioritize the value they receive from Aravo solutions
· Understand the strategic objectives and pain points of customers and how Aravo technology can solve them
· Be able to clearly and confidently articulate measurable economic payback to key stakeholders
· Regularly knowledge share through technical workshops, deep dive health checks, optimization reviews, and technical configuration best practices
· Deliver operational insights based on customer and industry benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities
· Become the trusted advisor and steward customers through a differentiated platform experience journey
· Travel may be required
Requirements
Your skills and experience:
· 3-5 years of current Technical Account Management experience in the TPRM industry delivering excellent customer experiences
· Results-oriented, customer-focused, and at ease in an environment requiring the ability to decisively prioritize and execute
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
· Proven ability to effectively translate complex business needs into a software delivery plan
· Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive value
· Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Business Intelligence tools
· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, management information systems or related field
· Alignment with Aravo's core values and leadership principles
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Soft Skills:
· Experience with 2 or more TPRM risk domains such as ABAC, Data Privacy, FinServ, Cyber, etc.
· Practical execution of agile SDLC methodologies in a business setting
· Implementing fit-for-purpose AI solutions in a SaaS environment
· Experience with low-code/no-code platforms
