Job description

Team Business Development is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDR) to help 12Build take the next steps in the Nordic region together with an experienced Danish team. Are you looking for a strategic commercial role at a Scale Up that wants to conquer Europe, where you can make yourself a winner? Then keep reading!

What are you going to do?

You will soon be stepping into the boardrooms of the most influential Scandinavian contractors with initially still a strong focus on Denmark. Not just like that - but as the face of 12Build, where we are determined to help digitalize construction. You speak the language of the C-suite and know: this league is more about strategic partnerships than the best sales pitch - although ours works seriously well. You're not a PowerPoint strategist watching from the sidelines. But combine a track record with drive, switch effortlessly between boardroom and business case, and know: every important deal starts with a first cup of coffee that you know how to arrange yourself. And deals are just the beginning. You think about the product, share your knowledge with colleagues and help us stay sharp. Together, we are the team that will make change happen. This is your chance to do something BIG - and timing is everything.

You don't do this alone, of course. We have a strong Nordic team who have already laid a great foundation.

In short, what will you be doing?

  • Generating and qualifying new leads via various channels (e.g. your own network, events, social media, etc.).

  • Recognizing and following up on opportunities for market growth.

  • Build and maintain business relationships with prospects and partners.

  • Strategic sales of our SaaS solution.

  • Pipeline development and process optimization.
