Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:


The Inside Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for potential home sellers, handling inbound inquiries and building trust through strong communication. This role involves gathering property details, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the acquisitions team. The ideal candidate has real estate acquisitions experience, a sales-driven mindset, and excellent rapport-building skills to drive successful transactions.

As a part of the growth potential, the most successful individuals in this role will have the opportunity to progress into a true acquisition closer role, handling full acquisition cycles and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Engagement:

  • Handle incoming inquiries from potential home sellers via phone, email, and text.
  • Build rapport and trust, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Gather essential property information to assess acquisition potential.


Sales Support & Qualification:

  • Identify seller motivations and qualify leads based on internal criteria.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to the acquisitions team for final negotiations.


Process & CRM Management:

  • Keep detailed notes and records in the CRM.
  • Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent communication with potential sellers.


Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Proven real estate acquisitions experience (required).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to build rapport and create a positive client experience.
  • Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new CRM systems.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in a closer position or related real estate sales role.
  • Experience working in a high-volume sales environment.
