Marketing Director, Americas

We're seeking an exceptional Growth Marketing Leader to join Beeline's marketing team and lead the content and demand generation efforts for our Professional product offering. This role is responsible for driving growth through the development and implementation of targeted demand generation activities through omni-channel campaigns for the Beeline Professional product portfolio while effectively liaising with Beeline’s corporate marketing function. The ideal candidate will manage demand generation activities from conception through execution, including coordinating with internal teams on campaign tactics, set-up, lead qualification / scoring criteria and reporting. This role requires a metrics-driven approach and accountability for generating qualified leads. This role will also oversee project management and meeting cadences to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to generate customer growth and revenue, with specific focus on feeding new leads into our Professional product line
- Design, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns through continuous testing and experimentation
- Leverage campaign learnings and industry best practices to evolve and improve marketing effectiveness
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base
- Create and execute high-quality digital creative content
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies
- Compile marketing reports and analyze marketing data and lead generation (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape future marketing strategies
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including MOF direct buyer campaigns, targeted persona campaigns (suppliers, partners), and experimental initiatives
- Develop and manage webinar programs focusing on client success stories
- Create and implement targeted content and messaging strategies for different audience segments
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across all channels
- Manage email campaigns through HubSpot, including setup, execution, and performance tracking
Content Development & Management:
- Oversee creation of sales enablement materials, including PowerPoint presentations and sales collateral
- Direct development of case studies, infographics, and other marketing assets
- Manage social media strategy and content calendar
- Maintain and refresh content repository
- Coordinate analyst report submissions and relationships
- Support website content updates and optimization
Project & Stakeholder Support:
- Lead marketing projects and establish regular meeting cadences with stakeholders
- Provide comprehensive sales support, including content requests and enablement materials
- Manage messaging for events
- Drive persona refinement and targeting strategies
- Prepare and deliver executive reporting, business updates, and presidential briefings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing related role
- Post-secondary degree or certificate in marketing or related field
- Mandatory experience with Hubspot and proven expertise in marketing automation
- Proven track record in managing multiple stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of persona-based marketing approaches
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Demonstrated experience in testing, experimenting, and optimizing marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding marketing metrics and KPIs
- Experience as a marketing generalist with broad expertise across multiple channels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Experience with online analytics tools/dashboards and KPI tracking
- Must be based in the United States
