You'll be part of our new customer insights team, working directly with key stakeholders to optimize our pricing models and drive growth across European markets.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Pricing and Packaging Researcher at Qonto, you will:
• Lead complex pricing research projects using conjoint analysis and trade-off methodologies to determine optimal pricing strategies;
• Design and execute research that helps understand customer preferences and willingness to pay across different segments;
• Partner with the pricing manager and product teams to translate research insights into actionable pricing and packaging recommendations;
• Develop and implement research methodologies to refine our company size segmentation;
• Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights about potential product features and market opportunities.

• Market/Team Context: You'll join a new customer insights department working alongside Sara (voice of customer research), Thomas (brand media and advertising expert), and collaborate closely with our Pricing manager, our Strategic Planning Director and our Chief Product Officer.
• Methodologies: You'll conduct sophisticated research using conjoint analysis and trade-off studies to understand customer preferences and pricing elasticity.
• Impact: Your research will directly influence Qonto's pricing strategies and help shape product offerings for our 500,000+ customers

You’ll work closely with Olga, our Head of Customer Insight, as your future manager.
Her path? Olga brings extensive experience in market research and customer insights, having previously worked with brands across multiple markets including EMEA, LATAM & the USA. She has built expertise in supporting brand and marketing teams with both in-house and bespoke consumer research, making her well-positioned to lead Qonto's customer insights initiatives.
What she can bring to the team? As the leader of Qonto's new customer insights department, Olga is building a team focused on identifying market and user insights through direct engagement with clients and prospects. She understands the importance of combining methodological rigor with practical business application, particularly in areas like pricing research and market segmentation. Her experience in managing complex research projects across multiple markets will be valuable in guiding the team's work on strategic initiatives.
🏅 About You
• Research Expertise: You have extensive experience (10+ years) conducting complex pricing research, particularly using conjoint analysis and trade-off methodologies. Ideally you have a significant experience with brand and from research agencies (such as Nielsen, Ipsos, or Kantar) with exposure to diverse sectors.
• Strategic Thinking: You can translate research findings into actionable business recommendations and influence senior stakeholders
•Project Management: You're experienced in independently managing end-to-end research projects from design to execution
•Communication: You excel at presenting complex findings to non-technical audiences and collaborating across functions
• Location and Remote Work: Based in Paris or any of our offices (up to 2 remote days per week) or fully remote with visits to the office.
