Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and other teams.
Gather and analyze feedback from users, sales, customer support, and analytics to inform product decisions.
Clearly communicate product updates, progress, and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
Prioritize features and enhancements to maximize value for customers and the company.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and up to date.
Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of features.
Define success metrics and monitor product performance using data-driven insights.
Continuously seek ways to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and iteration based on data and user research.

Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role in a tech company.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development processes.
Experience working with modern tech stacks, SaaS, or digital products.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using data analytics tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in fast-paced, globally distributed teams.
Technical background (CS degree or hands-on experience working with developers).
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Notion, and Miro.
Knowledge of AI, cloud computing, and emerging tech trends.
