The Marketing Manager will play a critical operational and tactical role and will be responsible for developing,
implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote ThinkCyte products and services. The
marketing Manager will be a key contributor to increasing the organization’s market share and maximizing revenue by
identifying target audiences, creating marketing campaigns across various channels, and analyzing results to
optimize strategies and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and oversee all marketing campaigns in the US and EMEA from ideation to execution for advertising and promoting the ThinkCyte product portfolio, including hardware, software, and reagents.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content to attract and convert target customer segments.
  • Organize and coordinate promotional events and industry trade shows in collaboration with regional Sales teams.
  • Lead digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Support market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team and other departments to produce effective customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels (e.g., content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and evaluating the performance analysis of each.
  • Manage and grow global customer databases and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with all applicable data privacy laws.
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and produce the latest ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
  • Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns.
  • Build relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with company values.


  • Desired Qualifications
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field with fluency in life science concepts OR BSc/MSc in Life Science with 3-5 years relevant industry experience in Marketing.
  • Relevant experience marketing products in Life Sciences or Biopharmaceuticals.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate across channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
  • Facility with digital content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Grammarly, Piktochart, ChatGPT, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience developing engaging audio and video content for cross-channel use.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot Marketing Hub).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
