Junior Loan Associate - PH

• Base range: 45,000 - 50,000 Php per Month (based on experience)

• Comfortable working on Zoom the whole shift
• 1-2 years of experience in loan processing, preferably with experience in handling complex loan applications and SMSF loans.
• Strong understanding of the loan application process and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in using loan processing software (e.g., Infinity, Hotspot) and online application platforms (e.g., AOL).
• Processing and valuations: Experience handling real estate transactions,  processing, and ordering property valuations. 
• Bank communication: Proven ability to effectively communicate and follow up with lenders to ensure smooth loan approvals.
• Missing information management: Skilled in promptly identifying and resolving missing information requests.
• MIR resolution: Strong ability to address and resolve missing information requests (MIRs).
• Servicing and service calculators: Familiarity with servicing options and service calculators related to real estate transactions.
• Pricing and valuation tools: Knowledge of pricing and valuation tools used in the real estate industry.
• Credit checks and reports: Experience conducting credit checks or working with Equifax reports.

Freedom Investment Lending seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Loan Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Loan Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the loan origination process, assisting Senior Loan Associates with various tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn the intricacies of the lending industry and grow within our company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supporting Senior Loan Associates:
   
  • Assisting with simple loan applications, including data gathering and entry.
  • Updating ticket statuses, dates, and notes in the system.
  • Chasing outstanding documents and updating records.
  • Providing support with Borrowing Capacity (BC) calculations.
  • Assisting with borrowing plan preparation emails.
  • Helping with scenario creation and service calculations.
  • Performing lender comparisons as required by the broker.
• General Loan Processing Support:
   
  • Accurately inputting client data, loan information, and documentation into the loan origination system.
  • Organizing and maintaining loan files, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and up-to-date.
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assisting in the loan processing workflow, including verifying documentation, calculating loan-to-value ratios, ordering valuations, requesting pricing, and preparing loan packages.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Collaboration and Communication:
   
  • Establishing and maintaining open communication channels with Senior Loan Associates and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient issue resolution.
  • Participating in task prioritization and quality control processes.
