ServiceNow Business Analyst

Currently, we are searching for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team PART TIME in a 100% remote capacity. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the continuous improvement of ServiceNow-based systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow platforms, particularly in HRSD and ITSM modules, and a passion for driving process optimization and business transformation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HRSD and ITSM processes.
  
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
  
• Assist with the configuration of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules, ensuring that solutions meet business needs. Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to maximize the effectiveness of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules.
  
• Provide end-user training and support for ServiceNow users, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage the system's capabilities.
  
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
  
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM.
  
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and system configuration.
  
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, HR Case Management, and Knowledge Management.
  
• Proficient in ServiceNow workflow design, reporting, and dashboards.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow integration, automation, and scripting is a plus.
  
• Ability to assess business needs, understand complex processes, and propose innovative solutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and technical support teams.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
  
• Experience in other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITOM, SecOps) is a bonus.
  
• Regular and predictable attendance
