Title: Senior Relationship Manager

Position Overview of the Senior Relationship Manager:

The Senior Relationship Manager role is the BetaNXT conduit to our clients. They manage accounts providing customers with service, support and improvement opportunities to increase revenue, maximize retention and upsell.  They have the deepest relationship with our clients and understand their business, strategies, organizational structure, and technologies. The Senior Relationship Manager will work to identify opportunities where BetaNXT can assist our clients in fulfilling their business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Relationship Manager:

Know the Client

  • Responsible for gaining deep understanding of the client’s strategy, understanding the client’s products and interfaces (3rd parties) and understanding the client’s business model inclusive of ancillary products and technology.  
  • Responsible for identifying new client relationship opportunities (CEO, CIO, SVP, EVP, etc.).
  • Representing BetaNXT by attending client conferences.

 Managing the Relationship

  • Responsible for ensuring the client and BetaNXT understand the joint engagement model. 
  • Facilitating and executing Executive meetings/Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Managing escalation points from both the client and BetaNXT perspective.
  • Managing the engagement – members, cadence, and reporting.
  • Supporting the day-to-day client touchpoints and interactions.  

 Internal Client Reporting/Communication

  • Representing and advocating VOC within BetaNXT to drive customer satisfaction and success.
  • Providing the client strategy for influence of the BetaNXT roadmap.
  • Communicating the overall client relationship to BetaNXT including escalating client concerns or risks we identify to the appropriate BetaNXT leader.
  • Providing necessary data elements to properly reflect the health of a client relationship.
  • Capturing and distributing client engagement notes, action items and objectives.

Business Development

  • Identifying and manage sales opportunities.
  • Engaging clients on new BetaNXT and Motive partner opportunities.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities via core and premium services that fit the client’s strategy/needs.
  • Ensuring customers effectively use BetaNXT solutions/technology and suggest operational efficiencies.

 Skills and Experience of the Senior Relationship Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar degree programs, required.
  • 5+  years of experience in account or relationship management. 
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationship.
  • Possess deep knowledge of financial services industry and extensive knowledge of BetaNXT suite of products.
  • Ability to plan and execute strong strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Keen, friendly, professional with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Substantial experience in successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
