We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and proactive team player with strong hands-on mentality to expand our presence in the German market. As a (Senior) Sales Specialist - Cloud Solutions (m/w/d), you will become a central point of contact between Auvaria and our customers and partners to help shape the future of various market segments. The ideal candidate is fluent in German, has a strong understanding of the sales process, and is adept at building and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as managing partnerships with our key technology providers.

  • Market Expansion: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the German market.
  • Customer Relationship Management: 
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Leverage the Partner Ecosystem:
    • Utilize the full potential of the partner ecosystem to identify, develop, and expand sales opportunities by creating synergies between partner offerings and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives, such as co-selling opportunities, funding programs, customer engagements or events.
    • Stay updated on partner offerings, programs, and benefits to ensure optimal utilization.
    • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Handle the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential customers.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM to ensure data quality and effective pipeline management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, project management, project delivery, and support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
    • Prepare reports and insights to track progress, identify trends, and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Your profile:
  • Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on solution-based selling.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (experience preferred; training available).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, particularly AWS, is an advantage.
  • Experience working in or selling to the German market is a significant advantage.
