Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 

Monday to Friday – 9am to 5 pm Ontario, CA Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and send emails to new business leads to schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.
  • Follow up consistently with leads to secure appointments and maintain engagement.
  • Update and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system for easy reference by both appointment setters and Sales Representatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and effective lead management.
  • Track appointment metrics and provide feedback to improve outreach strategies.




Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple leads effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to maintain accurate data entry.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
