Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Arizona with 1hour unpaid break
  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in client relationship management and follow-ups
  • Support content creation and social media efforts
  • Help streamline business processes and improve efficiency
  • Contribute to the growth and development of training programs

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email communications and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling
  • Use CRM software (Pipedrive) to track and follow up with potential clients
  • Schedule training sessions using specialized software (Vigaro)
  • Support the creation and organization of training materials
  • Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
  • Assist with content development projects as needed

Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools
  • Basic understanding of or willingness to learn graphic design tools like Canva
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and processes
