Technical Product Owner wanted by American Express Global Business Travel in Scottsdale, AZ. 

  • Interpreting business and user needs into technical stories
  • Establishing key metrics and performance indicators to track health and success of Platforms and Applications
  • Writing simple but comprehensive product specifications
  • Analyzing various user communities, formulating effective access strategy and streamlining product workflows
  • Collaborating with other teams on implementation and/ or upgrade needs
  • Providing introductions and training to users of all different levels (including average users, content owners, news authors)
  • Owning and Driving Product Roadmap and effectively communicating to all stakeholder communities
  • Working with Application teams on product upgrades and relevance of features in our environment
  • Partnering with Key stakeholders to understand digital engagement needs and translating them into Product Roadmap
  • Providing day-to-day care and feed of the GBT Intranet system including managing support tickets with the platform provider, excluding the Level 1 type tickets
  • Supporting GBT Corporate systems as needed

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation plus:

  • Three (3) years of experience with Information Technology Project Management
  • Three (3) years of experience with Agile Management
  • Three (3) years of experience with Product Backlog Management

Must also have the following certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SaFe 5 Scrum Master

May work from home within commuting distance from the Scottsdale, AZ office. Salary $119,579-$170,000/yr. #LI-DNI
