B2C Sales Representative (Portuguese-Speaking)

We are looking for driven Sales Representative (Portuguese-Speaking) on behalf of our client, a fintech leader in financial brokerage, offering innovative investment solutions to a global clientele. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand a B2C client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships.
• Deliver customised trading strategies and financial solutions tailored to client needs.
• Guide clients on market trends, trading tools, and investment opportunities.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise product offerings and address client concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or account management.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms, financial markets, and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Results-driven, with the ability to manage client portfolios and meet targets.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
