This role will enable, develop, lead and drive alignment of Pratt & Whitney manufacturing strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders to enable increasing capacity, quality, and cost competitiveness. This role jointly works with Module Centers & Operations (MCO), Operations Excellence (OpX) and Global Supply Chain to help establish the future roadmap of our manufacturing strategies and all insourcing/ outsourcing activities. This role will also lead some special projects & strategies such as new investment or divestiture.
What you will do:
- Gather site data/ core non-core output & interface with operations excellence
- Understand manufacturing processes and cost structure (CPH)
- Create and drive strategy with MCO & PWC & Poland on potential opportunities
- Align core /non-core / Module Center/ programs & partnerships
- Evaluate different options for manufacturing sites in conjunction with manufacturing VP
- Interface with group strategy & RTX on corporate initiatives
Qualifications you must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 14 years of experience in business, supply chain, or related field; or an Advanced Degree and 12 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications we prefer:
- Understand of Pratt & Whitney manufacturing processes
- 10 years leading strategy initiatives in manufacturing and global supply chain

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).
The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
