Job description

We are looking for You to join us as our Student Assistant, where you will support our executive Marine team in administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Some of the tasks you will be entrusted with 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to EVP and Marine Leadership Team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. 

  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications and inquiries 

  • Organize and maintain files and documentation 

  • Support with correspondence, reports, and presentations 

  • Assist in the planning and execution of Marine events and meetings 

  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. 

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations. 

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned. 

  • Potential to project manage strategic projects, as needed 

 

What we expect you to have in your backpack as background and experience 

  • Final year student of fields such as Administration, Business, Economics (Master's degree preferred) 

  • Fluent English (both speaking and writing) 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and Power Point 

  • Exceptional communication skills 

  • Strong attention to details 

  • Well organized and structured approach to work 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 

  • Proactive and “to do” approach 

  • Availability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week from our office in Lyngby
