Senior Case Assigner

Top Secret

Responsibilities:

A case assigner organizes, facilitates, and evaluates lead assignments throughout the United States and US Territories for both employee and 1099 investigators
Must be able to analyze data from excel and Xcelerate Solutions case management system while using a mapping system tool to create assignments for investigators
Must be willing to help assist with other departments and administrative task as set throughout the program
Must be proficient in the following areas:

Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Organizational and Multitasking Skills
Proficient with the use of Excel

Minimum Requirements:

US Citizenship Required
BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
