Primary Responsibilities

• Host Virtual Consultations – Meet with individuals and families via Zoom to discuss insurance needs.
• Guide Clients Through Enrollment – Offer advice and assistance throughout the process.
• Respond to Client Inquiries – Address questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Team Members – Ensure seamless client experiences by working closely with colleagues.
• Maintain Accurate Records – Document interactions and keep detailed enrollment notes.
