As part of our team, you will be responsible for verifying and validating a variety of documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with set standards. Job Responsibilities:

  • Document Review & Verification: The primary responsibility of this role is to review and verify various types of documents, including legal forms, financial statements, contracts, and identification papers. You will ensure that all submitted documents are authentic, complete, and comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Entry: Input data from verified documents into the companys database with a high degree of accuracy. Ensure that information is entered in a timely manner, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of documents by checking for missing information, discrepancies, and errors. Ensure that documents meet predefined formatting and content standards before they are accepted or rejected.
  • Communication with Clients: In certain instances, you may need to reach out to clients or team members to request additional information or clarification on the submitted documents. This communication will primarily occur via email or messaging platforms.
  • Compliance Adherence: Stay updated with relevant industry regulations and company policies. Ensure that the verification process adheres to all legal, financial, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Problem Resolution: If discrepancies are found in the documents, you will be responsible for resolving them by contacting the concerned party and requesting clarification or updated information.
  • Timely Processing: Ensure that document verification tasks are completed within the stipulated time frame, meeting all deadlines to ensure smooth workflow operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain a digital record of all verified documents, tracking their status and storing them in the companys secure system for future reference.
