Description
JOB PURPOSE: The Associate Program Director for HSPRS reports to the HSPRS Program Director and will conduct oversight and coordination to ensure holistic, culturally competent services for minors and their families. The Associate Program Director will ensure the effectiveness and quality of services through supportive program management, data management, trend analysis, training, and technical assistance. This position will have both internal and external facing responsibilities ranging from direct supervision of regional supervisors, data tracking and evaluation, program policies and guideline development, and training as well as strategic program planning. The primary focus of this role is on overseeing the case management services that are provided to minors and sponsors to ensure best practices are utilized.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Active role in planning, designing, implementation, supervision, expansion/development and administration of overall regional operation in collaboration with the senior leadership team, in addition to program development and reporting responsibilities.

Create guidelines and lead Social Services team on self-care, wellness, prevention of vicarious trauma and burn out, as well as appropriate professionalism in client relations.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, sociology or other relevant behavioral science plus 5 years of progressive employment experience with a social services or childcare agency or organization
WORK LOCATION: Remote position. Must have access to a home office to provide confidential and private work or have flexibility to change work locations to an office setting as appropriate.
