ICF is currently seeking a MONITORING/FIELD SPECIALIST to work on the Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Mission Support Project. The mission of ORR is to promote the health, well-being and stability of refugees, unaccompanied children (UC), and other eligible individuals and families, through culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based services. ORR’s vision is for all new arrivals to be welcomed with equitable, high-quality services and resources so they maximize their potential. The Mission Support Project is to provide technical, acquisition, program management, administrative, and business support services to ORR in order to meet ACF mission requirements.

The MONITORING/FIELD SPECIALIST will use their expertise for compliance monitoring, report development, recommendations for improvement, and developing training and technical assistance to support program compliance. The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of project support and coordination. The Monitoring/Field Specialist will report to a divisional or bureau lead for supervision and assignments.
We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the US.
This position will have approximately 50% travel requirements to federally funded program sites.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
