What You Will Do

Manage cardiovascular patients via telehealth, delivering expert care remotely.
Work closely with cardiologists as a key member of their virtual practice.
Assess, diagnose, and monitor patients with low-acuity cardiovascular conditions.
Ensure seamless coordination of care between telehealth and in-person cardiology teams.
Educate patients on risk factors, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes.
Utilize telehealth platforms and EMRs to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For

Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in Maryland, D.C., or Virginia (Dual licensure preferred).
Three or more years of experience in cardiology, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting.
Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, DEA number required.
Strong familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cardiologists and clinical teams.
