The target hiring range for this position is $85,600-$96,300.

Position Summary:

The Administrator, Information Technology Systems will build, convert, manage, and maintain information systems for the organization. The incumbent will work collaboratively to maintain Office 365 and other associated systems. The Administrator, Information Technology Systems will build and maintain automations and workflows to provide additional support in system efficacies for the organization.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintains SharePoint integrity for the organization.
• Upholds policies on SharePoint pages and items for data security.
• Trains collaborators on the proper use of SharePoint and other core systems.
• Implements best-practice automation workflows to improve organizational productivity.
• Manages and maintains proper offsite backup solutions and upholds associated policies.
• Participates in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience administering in Office 365 environments.
• Related Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in Azure environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with automation tools such as Power Automate is preferred.

All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
