Job description

Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health.

At Spring Health, we’re on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. Our clinically validated technology, Precision Mental Healthcare, empowers us to deliver the right care at the right time—whether it’s therapy, coaching, medication, or beyond—tailored to each individual’s needs.

We proudly partner with over 450 companies, from startups to multinational Fortune 500 corporations, as a leading provider of mental health service, providing care for 10 million people. Our clients include brands you use and know like Microsoft, Target, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Delta Airlines, all of whom trust us to deliver best-in-class outcomes for their employees globally. With our innovative platform, we’ve been able to generate a net positive ROI for employers and we are the only company in our category to earn external validation of net savings for customers.

We have raised capital from prominent investors including Generation Investment, Kinnevik, Tiger Global, William K Warren Foundation, Northzone, RRE Ventures, and many more. Thanks to their partnership and our latest Series E Funding, our current valuation has reached $3.3 billion. We’re just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.

We are looking for a Provider Activation Specialist to join the Network Optimization & Analytics team. Using provider-centric, data-driven strategies, the team captures the voices of our providers and stakeholders to curate a personalized, fulfilling experience for all: driving growth, engagement, and efficiency throughout their Spring Health journey. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Provider Activation, the Specialist will focus on enhancing provider engagement and managing key initiatives to improve the overall provider experience. This full-time and remote-friendly role plays a critical part in driving satisfaction and retention within one of Spring Health’s most critical assets - its provider network.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategies - in partnership with cross-functional teams - to capture, analyze, and act on provider sentiment.
  • Establish and manage initiatives to strengthen provider relationships and engagement, such as provider ambassador programs, peer support groups, and focus groups.
  • Own competitive research to inform our provider experience roadmap.
  • Oversee the sourcing, vetting, and onboarding of providers for new and ongoing Spring Health service lines that the care network can participate in.
  • Streamline processes and reporting to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts, enabling focus on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as provider retention, satisfaction rates, and engagement metrics to track success and inform improvements.

What success looks like in this role:

  • High Provider Engagement: Demonstrates increased participation in engagement and community-building programs, with consistently positive feedback from providers.
  • Improved Provider Sentiment: Achieves measurable improvements in provider satisfaction scores (e.g., NPS) and a reduction in provider attrition rates.
  • Service Lines Impact: Enables the successful roll-out and expansion of new Spring Health service lines, resulting in increased provider utilization and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fosters effective partnerships across teams, leading to seamless execution of projects and alignment with broader business strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Establishes robust reporting mechanisms, providing actionable insights that drive improvements in provider experience and operational efficiency.
  • Streamlined Operations: Successfully implements efficient processes for provider engagement and vetting, reducing ad-hoc interactions and manual workflows.

What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Data-driven, analytical, and operational in nature
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Creative, collaborative, sharp, humble, and goal-oriented
  • A genuine interest in promoting community and relationship building
  • Experience designing surveys or facilitating interviews preferred

The target base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
