Reporting to Associate Director, Network Strategy & Analytics, the Analyst, Network Growth Strategy will own the development of strategic initiatives to position our provider network as a differentiator for prospective and current customers. This is a full time position that is fully remote.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Network Growth Optimization:
    • Design granular and specific network growth plans aligned to the needs of existing and prospective customers.
    • Develop and perform analyses to understand our existing network composition as well as anticipated demand, down to the most granular of levels. 
    • Monitor and report on key metrics related to provider utilization, patient access, and satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify, evaluate, and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across Provider Operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies in patient scheduling and provider utilization.
    • Continuously assess and refine optimization strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Looker) to generate actionable insights from large datasets.
    • Partner with cross-functional data and reporting teams to develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
    • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
    • Provide training and support to team members on optimization tools, analytics methodologies, and best practices.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role within the healthcare industry, management consulting, technology, or a similar field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of mental healthcare systems and provider operations is highly desirable.

The target base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
