Who we're looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior professional to join our team in London. The person will be reporting to the UK Head of Finance.

What your day to day will look like

  • Ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner.
  • Accurately code sales and purchase invoices by liaising with managers to ensure correct allocation of costs and VAT codes.
  • Ensuring authorisation and sign off levels are in the line with company policy before payment.
  • Preparation of payment runs and updating cashflow forecast.
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts to internal records.
  • Helping with the wider improvement of the accounts payable process.
  • Helping the group finance team with components of month-end and internal reporting.
  • Posting and reconciling credit cards transactions
  • Producing daily treasury emails.
  • Assisting the group finance team on ad-hoc internal projects

What you need to succeed

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree or MSc in economics or a relevant field is a plus.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • An enthusiastic, motivated and a committed ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team
  • To be a trustworthy, reliable, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
