Role: Recruiter Administrator

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential.

Work Setup: Work from Home

Shift schedule: 5-day work week, 3:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Philippine Time


We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive recruitment administrator to support our recruitment team in filling both offshore and onshore roles. 

This key position will be responsible for assisting with the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to providing administrative support to the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to manage a wide range of technical roles such as Online Surveyors, Party Chiefs, ROV Pilots, ROV Supervisors, and various other offshore and onshore positions.


Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment team in coordinating recruitment efforts for both offshore and onshore positions, including roles like Online Surveyors, ROV Operators, Party Chiefs, Engineers, and more.
  • Candidate Screening & Shortlisting: Review and assess applications, resumes, and candidate profiles, ensuring that candidates meet the necessary qualifications, certifications, and experience for both offshore and onshore roles.
  • Job Posting & Advertising: Manage job postings for a variety of positions, ensuring that all job descriptions accurately reflect the needs of the client and the scope of each project.
  • Scheduling & Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the recruitment team, ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process for both offshore and onshore roles.
  • Database & Candidate Management: Maintain and organize an up-to-date candidate database for both offshore and onshore roles, ensuring the information is accurate and accessible to the recruitment team.
  • Admin Communication: Serve as a liaison between administration and candidates to ensure a clear understanding of position requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including document preparation, compliance tracking, and ensuring that all necessary recruitment documentation is current and complete.
  • Reporting & Metrics Tracking: Assist in tracking key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and overall hiring progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team, operation managers, and other departments to ensure recruitment efforts align with the specific needs of each client and project.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment administration, HR support, or a similar role; offshore or technical recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
  • A basic understanding of offshore and onshore roles, including vessel types, project scope, and industry-specific certifications (for offshore positions).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with recruitment software.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, particularly when managing large volumes of candidate data.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to accept constructive feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and to support a variety of roles across both offshore and onshore positions.
