Spreetail is looking for a high-impact FP&A leader to drive financial forecasting, lead the annual budget cycle, and provide strategic insights that shape key decisions across the organization. Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, this role is a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring financial visibility, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity, automate financial processes, and build scalable forecasting models that support both real-time decision-making and long-term strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with execution while leading a lean team to drive meaningful impact.
How you will achieve success: Develop scalable forecasting models, own the annual operating plan and quarterly cycles, and partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and operational alignment.Eliminate manual processes, implement automation in financial planning and reporting, and ensure financial systems scale with business growth.Lead cross-functional collaboration, develop real-time financial dashboards, establish KPIs, and manage the Executive Goals process to enhance performance.Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, build strong cross-functional relationships, and challenge the status quo to drive business impact.Foster a high-performing finance team that thrives in ambiguity, prioritizes action, and scales processes for long-term success.What experience will help you in this role: 10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or operations, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive financial process improvements.Advanced modeling skills with expertise in financial systems automation and forecasting.Strong analytical abilities to translate complex data into actionable business insights.Excellent communicator with experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.In an effort to Make Spreetail Better, we hire people that are aligned with our values and are passionate about pursuing ecommerce excellence.
