Our approach ensures seamless operations and enhanced customer engagement, optimizing technology investments for diverse businesses. 
  • Mission Support: Specializing in System Engineering Technical Assistance and operations support services to streamline system integration and optimization while ensuring operational excellence for modern enterprises.

Job Description 

We are seeking a System Administrator to join our Mission Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform incident and request resolution/ escalation tickets and provide technical writing and monitoring support 

  • Provide weekly status reports to show progress 

  • Virtual desktop and application solutions  

  • Triage, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate requests and issues  

  • Use standard processing in handling and documenting tickets and meet standard level of service for ticket resolution 

  • Act as liaison between leadership and team 


Required Qualifications
  • Experience as Citrix admin, troubleshooting and implementing virtual desktop solutions  

  • Strong knowledge of Azure virtual desktop services, including Azure virtual machines, active directory and troubleshooting 

  • proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps, desktops, Storefront, and Citrix Director  

  • Experience troubleshooting issues in Citrix and Azure  

  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts, including Azure Active Directory, multifactor authentication and role based access controls 

  • Performance optimization techniques, monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodology experience 

  • Experience with security best practices, data encryption, access controls, and compliance requirements 

  • Customer service experience and experience working with users using Microsoft Teams and WebX 

  • Documentation and communication skills 

  • Analytical and problem solving skills 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering or other Engineering or technical discipline – or 8 years of additional relevant experience 

  • Ability to pass Tier 2/Moderate background investigation 


Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in Citrix and Azure technologies
