Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST preferred, but flexible from 6am-6pm



Job Description for E-commerce Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store
  • Update and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions and pricing
  • Manage inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers on product availability
  • Handle customer support inquiries and manage order-related communications
  • Conduct product research to identify new trends and potential offerings
  • Assist with basic social media activities to promote products

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a Shopify store or similar e-commerce platform
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and best practices
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle complex inquiries
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and product promotion
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
