Reporting to the Managing Editor, the Publishing Associate will support the publishing of content and digital media to our website using our in-house CMS according to our publishing schedule, guidelines and style requirements.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Proofreading, content editing, and providing feedback on work performed by others.
  • Independently managing your workload. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Expected to grow into additional responsibilities and subject areas.
  • Support other team members as necessary.
Must Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in Publishing, Communications, Media, English or a related field.
  • 2+ years of publishing experience in publishing, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Experience working with HTML and digital media.
  • A fast learner and possess interest in learning new skills.
  • Highly organized, outstanding attention to detail, and excellent follow-through.
  • Strong grammar skills and basic interest in proofreading.
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a rapidly changing publishing environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable working remotely, independently, and collaboratively with our team.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of VettaFi’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 USD,
