Job Details

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

RFP and Customer Deliverable Management 

  • Update and maintain the Regulatory and Consulting RFP master content repository for presentations, proposals, and other applicable tools 

  • Initiate standard client question responses for consulting and regulatory RFP / proposal requests and update master versions on a regular basis 

  • Coordinate with members of the Consulting and Regulatory teams to ensure appropriate content developed and subject matter experts contribute to pitches and proposals 

  • Work closely with the Manager, Consulting Operations and Procurement Support to support the contracting process including the generation of new contracts in iCertis (i.e., Master Services Agreements, Consulting Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Confidentiality Agreements)  

  • Works closely with the rest of the Regulatory and Consulting subject matter experts and new business leaders to gather feedback from customers on delivery of consulting and regulatory RFPs and compiling postmortems from RFPs to then share with the broader Commercialization and NBD leadership team 

  • Ad hoc company or molecules research and competitive intelligence information as needed 

  • Support prospective new client calls by responding, as required, to internet queries; presentations for capability presentations, and follow-ups 

  • Identify appropriate contacts at prospective manufacturers; develop draft email out-reach and Capabilities materials 

  • Develop slides for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and meetings, as required 

  • Enter leads and opportunities into the NBD CRM for Consulting 

  • Other ad hoc requests as required 

  

 EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or with focus in business, marketing, advertising and/or communications 

  • 2-3 years total combined experience in marketing, client services and/or content management 

  • Solid understanding of the Canadian healthcare environment, specifically the regulatory approval and market access processes 

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal 

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task and work independently 

  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to problem solve 

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 

  • Bilingualism an asset 

  

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Strong writing and editing capabilities 

  • Ability to work on many projects at once with various individuals 

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Smartsheet, and Sharepoint 

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry an asset
