Job Description:
Job specifics/responsibilities:
- Partners with GSR Sofia managers and other relevant stakeholders to gather business and training requirements
- Translates needs and forecasts into robust training seat planning & allocation
- Partners with L&D and GSR WW training coordinator and/or external vendors to ensure availability of seats based on criticality and budget constraints
- Provides input to training budget estimations aligned to areas of responsibility staying within targets.
- Tracks internal trainings delivered and hours invested in training.
- Provides data, feedback and suggestions to operations for continuous improvement of training needs forecasting process and training allocation process
- Acts as a liaison between all related parties in the process, establishes and maintains relationships with L&D, NPI and Business on an ongoing basis to ensure the smooth process execution
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
- Responsibility for the training planning and forecasting process (technical and soft skills curriculum)
- Coordination of business owned training programs as needed
- Deliverables against training coordination goals, plans and deadlines as agreed for specific assignments provided on time and with the required quality
- SPOC for topics related to trainings allocation and forecasting for the GSR Sofia organization

- GSR WW Training Council and Coordinators

- External Training Vendors with regards to business funded training solutions
Other requirements:
- Fluent in written and verbal English
