Job description

Price Coordinator

Hempel is seeking a skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing pricing strategies that support our business objectives and drive growth.
Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to
  • Maintain complete and accurate price lists for customers in assigned geographical scope.
  • Analyse price change requests from the sales and customer care teams and decide if they align with pricing policies and structure.
  • Assist in solving missing price requests on customer contracts or agreements in accordance to policies.
  • Implementing and maintaining customer agreements according to pricing policy.
  • Working closely with regional stakeholders on price updates, discussing needs and requirements and providing solutions.
Identifying ways to streamline and standardize pricing process by completing the following tasks, which include but are not limited to:
  • Pricing implementation in ERP system, uploading and maintaining prices.
  • Translating customer RFQs into internal pricing formats to make sure proper filing.
  • Processing price deviation requests from sales and customer care team in order to get prompt and quality feedback to Sales and Customer Care teams.
  • Preparing and maintaining reports on trade agreements validation on timely manner.
  • Price validation.
  • Customers master data updating and revising.
  • Preparing datasets and completing mass updates in pricing and customer master data areas.
  • Collaborating with IT on ERP system development and suggesting adjustments to improve functionality.

  • All pricing updated and per pricing policy.
  • Turn around in price updates.
