Job Responsibilities:

Technical Program Leadership & Innovation

Lead complex AI program initiatives across multiple teams and workstreams
Drive technical integration planning and execution across ML components
Establish program management best practices for AI project delivery
Define and track success metrics for technical programs
Coordinate data readiness and model release planning
Drive process improvements and standardization

Team & Project Coordination

Orchestrate collaboration between ML, platform, and data operations teams
Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple scrum teams
Manage external vendor and partner relationships
Drive alignment on technical priorities and objectives
Present program status to leadership
Build strong partnerships across teams

Program Execution & Scale

Manage program backlogs and cross-team dependencies
Ensure technical dependency management and risk mitigation
Drive integration efforts between different components
Track and communicate program status and risks
Monitor and optimize program execution efficiency
Coordinate release planning and delivery

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of technical program management experience
Experience managing AI/ML projects and initiatives
Strong background in Agile methodologies
Track record of delivering complex technical programs

Technical Expertise

Understanding of ML development lifecycle and requirements
Familiarity with ML infrastructure and operations
Knowledge of software development processes
Experience with project management tools
Understanding of cloud platforms and services
Familiarity with data operations and quality requirements

Leadership & Communication

Strong program planning and execution skills
Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
Proven ability to drive technical decisions through influence
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strategic planning and risk management skills
