What is the opportunity for you?

Culture Amp is looking for a Risk Lead who will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring risk management programs for the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks, analyse them and develop strategies to mitigate or manage them. You will provide leadership and guidance to stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that risk management strategies are effectively executed.

As part of this team of amazing humans, 

You will be responsible for:

  • Assist and implement risk management strategies, policies and procedures to identify and assess risks across the organisation
  • Conduct risk assessments and analysis to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
  • Develop risk mitigation and control plans to manage identified risks
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management strategies are effectively integrated into business operations
  • Collaborate with business leaders to establish risk tolerance levels and develop risk management approaches that align with organisational goals
  • Provide direction and leadership to stakeholders on risk management best practices and recommended actions
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure that risk management strategies comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Lead special projects and initiatives related to risk management as required 

What you’ll bring to Culture Amp

  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience development and implementing risk management programs and strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Can do attitude and able to think out of the box

  • Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27005, ISO 31000, SOC2 type II.
  • Industry recognised qualifications will be highly advantageous
