Medical Coders & AR/Medical Billers (EPIC) | Permanent WFH

We are seeking experienced Medical Coders & AR/Medical Billers with 5+ years of expertise in medical coding and billing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with EPIC systems and proficiency in multiple medical specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for medical procedures and diagnoses
• Review and process insurance claims while ensuring compliance with payer guidelines
• Handle accounts receivable (AR) and medical billing tasks, including denials and appeals
• Verify patient information and resolve discrepancies to maximize reimbursements
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation and coding

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years in medical coding and billing.
• Proven hands-on experience with EPIC systems is required.
• Proficiency in multiple medical specialties.
• Certifications (Preferred): CPC, CCS, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in coding, and excellent communication.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines.
